The Sr BI Analyst will be part of the Operational Effectiveness function within Customer operations he / she should be an experienced professional with a full understanding of capacity structures, tools, and methods, facilitate these methods on solving complex challenges proactively, participate and engage with key stakeholders, has to be trusted advisor for the areas he / she support, ensuring alignment with company objectives, be a subject matter expert in Business analysis field and may has leadership role.
Responsibilities:
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Maintaining right headcount, calculating capacity, and ensuring Service Level targets are met.
Recommend changes to improve processes and increase efficiency of operations.
Analyzing schedule performance, forecast accuracy, underlying assumptions, historical trends and make continuous adjustments and improvements to the forecasting, headcount planning and scheduling process to ensure service levels are met while meeting profitability goals.
Being able to identify valid assumptions and predict consequences.
Proactively highlighting implications, foresee the impact and provide recommendations. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
May act as a single point of contact in case of highly sensitive / high impact escalations
Lead meetings to ensure to communicate appropriate steps are follow based in Business Operations analyst recommendation
Manage capacity assessment and possibilities to participate in budget exercise.
Develop key metrics, dashboards, and associated data views to support management decision makers.
Qualifications
Advanced experience in Excel are a MUST
Tableau knowledge is a plus
Degree in Business Administration, industrial engineer, programming, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years in WFM / Business analysis environment or a similar role
Strong analytical, organization and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to identify reporting gaps and create meaningful reports from scratch.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills with a diverse group of stakeholders, managers, and subject matter experts.
Focus on efficiency and accuracy in a faster paced, sometimes high-pressure environment
Advanced English level – oral and written
Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
