As part of its Global Master Data Management team, you will have responsibility over areas such as data quality, data governance, master data management, information strategy, data science, and business analytics.

Define Global SBS data governance principles
Define global data requirements / catalogization
Oversee definition, gathering, KPI analytics and re-usage of tools and process inside SBS
Review and update consistency of master data management practices across all domains
Support governance strategy within all data domains in SBS
Align Business and Technical data strategy in accord with Sanofi strategic plan
Initiate quality improvement in domains
Strategic tasks:
Work in collaboration with Data Domain Owners to ensure Master Data governance in SBS organization
Enhance and maintain the structures, practices and processes for data governance which are managed
Reporting & Analysis tasks:
Support and initiate improvements to analyze ERP systems for data collection with Data Domain Owners and Stewards
Prepare & communicate reporting to appropriate stakeholders
Creation and maintenance of transversal MDM KPI’s and interactive dashboards
Implement means to measure and report on data quality
Support future plans by identifying and creating pathways for all related information to flow to one tool
Monitor overall program and progress, managing risks and issues, and taking corrective measurements
Project management:
Responsible for MDM projects from transversal governance perspective
About you
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, Economics, Engineering or related field
5+ years of business experience, ideally in master data management and shared service environment, information or IT management
Fluent English is a must, other European language is an advantage
Strong Experience is Master Data Management, Data Governance
Solid understanding of SAP
Understanding of master data field connections and impact
Experience in data visualization and master data governance tools and projects (Tableau, Power Bi, QlickSense, Informatica)
Solid experience in integrating complex, cross-corporate processes and information strategies, including technology planning and execution and policy development/ maintenance
Broad experience in multiple competency areas of data and analytics delivery (e.g. data warehousing, business intelligence (BI), data governance, data architecture, data integration, data classification, data strategy, data quality management, data security and privacy, MDM, data standards, enterprise architecture frameworks)
