What you will learn and contribute to

The overall objective for this position is to coordinate the Software testing phases as well supporting the Project Managers in operational meetings.

To be successful in this role the candidate needs to be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to work independently. S/he should be interested in learning new skills if unfamiliar with Project Management.

Required skills:

project management understanding
Software testing execution understanding
familiar with Office365 tools
adherence to Information security guidelines
organize project meetings, reviews and updates
work independently and ensure transparency to ongoing activities
strength to put focus on details and ensure deliverables are accurate
follow up, align and execute requests and secure completion on time
work closely with project managers to ensure plans and processes are in place
willingness and ability to connect and work in virtual working environment with the colleagues globally

Job requirements:

studies in Information system management, ICT management, Technology or equivalent
university or polytechnic studies
experience in working with office tools
understanding of project management processes
able to deliver good results under time pressure
languages: Fluent written and spoken English is required
interested in learning new things

Scope & Contribution

Manages situations where there is a common desire to reach solution within a team. Sometimes requires ability to influence others outside of own job area on policies, practices and procedures. Builds cross-cultural knowledge and global mindset.

Specialised or broader knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline.
