JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform review of customer project enquiry and develop strategy to produce complete solutions. These includes detailed specification review, engineering, pricing.
• Participate proposal kick-off conference call or face to face meeting with sales channel and/or customers to agree on technical solutions.
• On time response to customer clarification requests.
• Prepare complete package for order entry into business systems for order execution.
• Receive and process change order requests via the change order process.
• Follow up of the provided quotations.
• Maintain the record of working processes.
• Looking for continues improvement opportunities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• BSc Degree in Engineering (for example: Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical).
• Advanced level knowledge of English language.
• Min. 3 years engineering work experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team player & self-sufficient.
• Customer focus attitude.
• Previous control valve engineering knowledge and experience is advantage.
• Sales or customer service-related experience is an advantage.
