You are an RPA Developer For CIO-HRRPA , who will be responsible for developing robots for the HR and payroll process. Ensure best solution is designed for the business requirement shared. You are a good team player and you are familiar with Agile methodologies and principles and/or have experience working in an Agile team. As an RPA Developer CIO-HRRPA, you will need to:
Design, develop and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using a variety of software tools, design principles and conventions, centred around IBM RPA (WDG), Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere as the RPA software
Integrate RPA software with additional software solutions such as document ingestion, decision engines, workflow, rules engines, etc, to create robust intelligent automation solutions
Configure RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles in an efficient way; ensure they are easily maintainable and easy to understand
Document the proposed solution which includes a definition of the user interfaces, functional processes, and data within the proposed system.
Analyze and understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process
Solve day to day issues arising while running automated processes and provide timely resolutions
Maintain proper documentation for the RPA solutions, test procedures and scenarios during UAT and Production phase
Coordinate with process owners, process analysts, business stakeholders and other project team members to understand the as-is process and design the to-be automation process flow

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Overall IT experience of 3-5 years
2+ years of relevant hands-on automation experience using Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere
Providing a superior level of experience and knowledge of the Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere solution and associated methodology to support colleagues through all phases of delivery lifecycle (Senior Dev)
Familiarity with a broad range of information technology solutions and products covering Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Network & Security
Ability to interpret and visualize business process flows and translate the same into automation solutions.
Experience in implementing keystroke and mouse operation-based events.
Experience with Bot Deployment and Management, and exposure to Control Room and release management processes.
Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
Good understanding of systems and troubleshooting abilities.
Experience in using software to use of all the four manage, deploy, execute and monitor components, managing version control and robot log aggregation
Experience in using RPA software studio for process modeling
Experienced in the installation and setup of the Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere software environment, and ongoing product administration (Snr Dev)
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Experience in programming in VB is a must. Knowledge of programming in Java, Python and/or HTML, DBMS skills and SQL skills will be a plus.
Experience in GUI automation, SAP Automation (or other large enterprise apps), screen scraping and MS Excel automation using native solutions from Automation Anywhere, as well as other techniques
Good exposure to error handling and recovery strategies in Automation Anywhere.
Good application modelling skills and knowledge of different recording mechanisms of Automation Anywhere like object cloning, Optical character recognition, image recognition modes.
Good knowledge on HTML and CSS concepts to understand the properties of web components for efficient and quick troubleshooting and analysis. Knowledge of local and global variables and interlinked tasks.
Working experience on mainframe systems and remote applications like Citrix.
Knowledge of applying Automation Anywhere object cloning methods on browsers like Chrome and Firefox.
Experience on Metabots and in developing intelligent solutions using Metabots.
Experience in developing and invoking Workflows/ Passing variables to a task/ calling a task or multiple tasks from another task.
Worked as a RPA developer for at least 2+ years.
