The purpose of the Senior Business Analyst & Project Lead’s role is to conduct global strategic projects and support teams in the delivery of specific projects involving CCoE.

He/She will work closely with the CCoE Digital and Strategic Lead to improve and accelerate digitization of contract management capabilities by leveraging new technologies, including enhancement of AI capabilities and advanced analytics solution. He/She will be responsible for implementing and testing solutions, supporting business transition and change management.

He/She will oversee the improvement and implementation of CCoE KPIs monitoring tool/dashboards.

He/She will be responsible for defining and maintaining all documentation associated with data and business processes.

The role reports to the Global Process Owner (GPO) of Contracting CoE.

In this role you will…
Primary contact/Subject Matter Expert for SBS Data Process Automation COE and Digital teams, particularly in relation to Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects
Lead and coordinate AI use cases in relation to contracting (including data collection, conduct of relevant analyses, data reconciliation to identify anomalies/root causes, remediation and impact and accuracy assessment…)
Lead AI solution implementation, testing and validation of relevant functionalities and tools
Accountable for preparing proper and complete documentation (DTP, policies and standards) of processes and solutions related to contracting
Lead change management activities including communication, training, knowledge transfer etc.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across regions and drive standardization and efficiency projects related to contracts/obligations management
Lead and oversee cross-functional strategic projects or initiatives involving CCoE as instructed by GPO
Monitor projects managing risks and issues, and taking corrective actions
Coordinate and lead stakeholders & projects meetings including minutes drafting and follow up of resolution of open items and related trackers
Report status of ongoing projects to CCoE GPO, Head of CCoE and key stakeholders
Participate in defining project management strategy including allocation of key resources
Participate in the drafting and implementation of appropriate policies and procedures (DTP/desktop procedures) supporting CCoE organization and processes
Act as liaison with internal auditors to support audit coordination and related projects
Oversee the improvement and implementation of CCoE KPIs monitoring tools/dashboards in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders (i.e. SBS Data Process Automation COE)
Collect, understand, and share best practices from external best-in-class similar organizations

About you
Background and Experience:
Background in Business Administration, Economics or Computer Science
Knowledge on Contract Management and related systems. Knowledge on SAP and Coupa tools/systems is a plus
Digital & technology savviness with strong understanding of theoretical foundations of AI/ML
Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power Bi, Qlik Sense)
At least 5 years’ experience of working in a Global Business Services environment (Contracting / Procurement / P2P / Sourcing / Finance) preferably with project experience and implementation knowledge (technical/functional)
Strong project management and proven track record of project implementation experience
Process simplification, harmonization, core model design experience is a plus
Experience with internal controls is an advantage

Fluency in English
