We are looking for an experienced data asset product owner, who can design and develop comprehensive data democratization solutions to support and facilitate business operations and analytics solutions.
In this role you will –
Work with data management analysts, product owners, scrum masters and project managers to plan, execute and support Sanofi’s ambitions in data foundations.
Be in close contact with Sanofi’s Global Supply Chain business stakeholders to prioritize, scope, plan and develop data democratization solutions that will enable improved usage of critical data assets across the organization.
Partner with data experts, business stakeholders and process owners in implementing data governance best practices
Select optimal approaches among different external vendors for establishment of data foundations and work closely with them to customize their offering for our needs.
Provide guidance and leadership to all Supply Chain teams on the way they should store, access, search and retrieve data
Work with developers, engineers, and MLOps to implement uniform processing tools for the data stored on our servers.
About you
You have a Master’s in computer science, software engineering, information systems, data management or related area with at least 4 years of product management experience in development and scaling of data products.
You are a proficient English language verbal and written communicator, and can work with business subject matter experts, data architects, governance teams, data engineers/scientists
You have demonstrated knowledge of data management and governance principles, and other methods that rely on well-organized data.
You have experience owning product plans and sprint scrums towards deploying code and data assets at-scale in an agile work environment.
You are comfortable working in cloud and high-performance computing environments (e.g. AWS, GCP, Databricks, Apache Spark).
You have demonstrated work with leading database and ETL vendors (incl. AWS, Snowflake and Informatica).
You have strong interest in the use of data in the life and medical sciences to improve patient lives.
You have familiarity and experience with key database systems (both SQL, NoSQL)
Experience with various enterprise-level Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) preferred
Experience with Supply Chain systems and data preferred
