Your job
– As a Technical Agile Coach you improve the teams’ technical agile development practices by training and coaching them in fields like team collaboration, test automation or code design
– You are in ongoing close cooperation with all stakeholders to understand the needs of the teams, identify chances for improvement and detect missing capabilities
– Additionally, you continuously research new approaches, tooling and practices for known or expected problems
– One of your tasks is to promote and facilitate organization wide knowledge sharing in formats like grouplets, coding dojos or code retreats
Your skills and qualifications
– Degree (preferred in Computer Science or Economic and Computer Science) and also 3+ years of professional experience in agile software development
– Familiar with test automation tools and frameworks
– Knowledge of software design patterns and of agile development methologies
– Good facilitation skills and the ability to present a topic in front of a group of people
– High quality awareness and Organizational skills
– High interest in sustainable software development and curious for learning new things
– Ability to work self-reliant and self-organized
– Good English (spoken and written)

– Compensation: We are legally required to mention the compensation for this position. We offer a minimum salary of € 57.400 gross/year (38,5 hours / week, no All-in contracts) plus an employee bonus and numerous other benefits. Of course, we are adapting the compensation according to your experience and qualification.
