If your company rents a stand at the Carrier Fair, you can choose from the following devices and services based on your needs.
Unique design
Based on the creative graphic designs that suit your company image, a coating of photo-quality is placed on the standard building blocks of the stand. We offer the preparation of personal graphic designs at an individual price.
Interview booth
In this lockable room of 4 m2, you can talk with the applicants free from the fair’s turmoil and assess their suitability and ability (equipment: one table, two chairs, table decoration, bin, wall clock, carpet, lights, company name).
Storage room
If the leaflets to be handed out to the attendees or any other objects or equipment do not fit on the stand rented by your company, a 2 m2 storage room may be built for you upon request.
Wired internet connection
Wi-Fi is part of the standard equipment of all stands. You may order a wired internet connection as an extra service. The speed of the wired internet connection is 100 Mbit at the endpoints.
Unique, self-provided or ordered stand signs
A standard stand sign is part of the basic package. If you want a unique stand sign, you can order one from us (order a unique stand sign). In this case, our graphic designer will design your sign, and it will also be printed for you. It is also possible to have your stand sign designed and printed for you elsewhere (unique stand sign you bring along).
Unique carpet colour
The basic package for the stand includes a grey carpet. However, it is possible to select a different colour from the palette offered, which you can check out in the “Stand accessories” menu. A laptop, a DVD player, and a TV (available in three different sizes) may also be ordered as an extra service.
Stand accessories
In addition to the basic features of your stand, it is possible to order furniture, vitrines of different sizes as well as brochure racks and shelves. The exact description and sizes can be found in the “Stand accessories” menu.
Free space
You may rent a 10 m2 space (i.e. for car exhibition or for promotion purposes): either an outdoor area at the main entrance or at the so-called Bridge of Sighs (Sóhajok hídja) near Building K.
Warm lunch
If you need more portions of lunches for the days of the exhibition than what is offered in the basic package, you may request additional ones, and indicate the number of the extra lunches on the booking form.
