BREDEX is a German IT company that recently branched out to Hungary. Since 1987, we have been developing individual solutions for companies from a wide variety of industries. BREDEX GmbH is based in Braunschweig and our main office is still there. We aim to inspire our customers with our solution-oriented and agile approach as well as with our broad expertise. We are a company with regional roots and a global mindset- we integrate relevant developments in into our own processes and also aim to improve the way that others work through our influence.

WORK MODEL

After an initial onboarding and training phase you will be able to work from home full-time. The training will take place in Germany and last for a few weeks. In this time, you will get to know your project, your team and the necessary tools for your daily work. Afterwards you will be able to work from home and interact with your team via remote technology. We expect that you will visit your team in Braunschweig a few times each year – of course we’ll pay for your travel and accommodation.

During the onboarding phase in Braunschweig, you will stay in the fully furnished company apartment. You will get to know your project, your team, the necessary tools for your daily work. After the initial onboarding in Germany, you can work fully in home office anywhere in Hungary, or you can visit our office in Budapest and join to your Hungarian colleagues. From time to time, it is also possible to travel back to Germany, while all travel expenses will be paid by Bredex.
